How much is rent?
Rent varies by home and moves with availability, so we don't post a figure that goes stale. Start an application and you'll see the exact home, current price and move-in date before you're asked to commit to anything.
Do you accept housing vouchers?
Yes. We accept housing choice vouchers — email us and we'll walk you through what's needed.
Are pets allowed?
Yes — cats and dogs are welcome. Ask us about the current pet policy and any deposit or monthly pet rent. Every home is ground floor with its own entry, so no lift, no stairwell, no hallway.
What's included in rent?
Water, wastewater and grounds maintenance are covered. Residents carry their own electricity through CPS Energy, plus internet, and renter's insurance where the lease requires it.
Is there laundry?
Laundry setups vary between homes. Ask us about the specific home you're touring before you buy a machine — we'll tell you exactly what's there.
How is the air conditioning?
Homes are cooled by window units, maintained by the property. Every home is single-storey, which keeps it simpler to cool through a San Antonio summer than a stacked apartment.
How does parking work?
Every home has an assigned off-street space directly in front of it, numbered to the unit. Ask us about guest parking — some of the surrounding streets are posted, so we'll point your visitors somewhere safe.
What do I need to apply?
Photo ID, proof of income, and rental history to start. Our written tenant selection criteria are provided before you apply — email us and we'll send them over so there are no surprises.
